Swathika is a highly skilled architect with a Masters degree in Construction Management from the University of Adelaide. She has extensive experience in the fit-out sector, specializing in residential, retail, and office spaces. Throughout her career, Swathika has worked with prominent companies such as Livspace, John Holland, and Smartworks, gaining valuable expertise across a variety of projects. Currently, she serves as a consultant for a US-based startup, where she applies her in-depth background in both architecture and project execution.

With a strong focus on design and construction, Swathika collaborates with design firms to ensure execution excellence across all projects. Her practical knowledge and strategic insights allow her to effectively navigate the complexities of construction project management.

Purva is an architect and the founder of MaterialDriven, a design consultancy and education firm that serves as a platform for the innovation and application of sustainable and innovative materials. With a background in architecture, Chawla has dedicated her career to exploring and promoting materials that not only push the boundaries of design and architecture but also address critical environmental and societal challenges.

Aishwarya is an architect who holds the position of Director of Research and Development at the Center for Conscious Design, a pioneering organization focused on integrating conscious, human-centered design principles into the built environment.

With an extensive background in architecture and design, Narayanan spearheads initiatives that explore innovative ways to make spaces more inclusive, sustainable, and conducive to well-being.

​M Jnanasagar Kamath is a lighting consultant based in Bangalore, with over six years of experience in the lighting industry. He holds a Masters degree from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor of Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. His professional journey includes roles such as Lighting Designer at Architectural Lighting Concepts Pvt Ltd (November 2021 – July 2022), Engineer in Lighting Solutions and Specifications at RIPPL Lighting (October 2020 – November 2021), and Executive Lighting Designer at The Defa (August 2019 – October 2020). Currently he works as a Lead Lighting Designer at QR-Pixel Design Studio.

Neha Garg is the founder and principal designer of Studio Jane, an interior and architecture consultancy firm based in Mumbai. Her work has been featured in several media outlets, highlighting her ability to create cohesive and elegant spaces that reflect the distinct personalities of her clients. Her projects often include a mix of natural elements, minimalistic designs, and sophisticated touches that create warm and welcoming environments​.

Naman Mehta is an architect, computational designer, and AI consultant based in Gurgaon. He is a registered architect with the Council of Architecture, India. He is the founder of MM Design Collective and IntelliBuild, where he works at the intersection of architecture, BIM, and artificial intelligence. His expertise lies in applying AI to automate design reviews, optimize BIM workflows, and accelerate decision-making in the built environment. Alongside practice, he is deeply invested in education—conducting workshops, teaching architects and engineers about AI-driven design. Through his work, Naman aims to bridge the gap between traditional architecture and emerging computational technologies, equipping professionals and students alike to leverage AI as a creative and productivity tool.

Aditi Lawate is an architect and interior designer with nearly a decade of professional experience, and the founder of Aditi Lawate Design, a Pune-based architecture and interior design studio established in 2018. She has completed over 80 interior design projects across India, and her work is known for its strong material sensibility, thoughtful planning, and expressive yet functional use of colour. Having trained as an architect in India and completed her dual masters in Interior and Furniture Design in Italy, Aditi brings together international design exposure with a grounded understanding of Indian site realities.

After having worked across Mumbai, Auroville, and Italy, Aditi went on to establish her independent practice in Pune, where she now leads a growing design team and remains personally involved in every project the studio undertakes. Alongside her practice, she has been a visiting faculty member at BNCA, Pune, and continues to engage with young designers as a guest lecturer.
